Your Role This role combines technical sales / support and application engineering. You will work directly with customers to understand leak testing requirements and deliver the right solution—from proposal stage to system installation support. Key Responsibilities • Promote and sell leak testing systems and solutions • Understand customer applications and define suitable leak test methods and requirements • Prepare and present technical proposals, system concepts, and quotations • Support installation, setup, and basic commissioning of leak testing systems at customer sites • Provide technical support during application evaluation and system validation • Work closely with engineering team to ensure system performance and project delivery • Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships
Your Role This role combines field service and technical support. You will work directly with customers to perform installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, repairs, and technical support for our equipment. Key Responsibilities • Install, commission, service, and maintain industrial testing, inspection, and measurement equipment. • Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repairs at customer sites. • Provide technical support and operator training to customers. • Assist customers in evaluating applications and recommending suitable technical solutions. • Work closely with the sales and engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery. • Prepare service reports, calibration records, and maintain proper technical documentation. • Assist in maintaining ISO/IEC 17025 calibration and quality documentation in accordance with company procedures. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships. • Travel throughout Malaysia to support customer installations, commissioning, and service activities.
