ISO/IEC 17025 Senior Executive (Quality & Documentation – Leak Testing)
Manage and maintain ISO/IEC 17025 quality management system documentation (SOPs, work instructions, records)
Lead preparation and coordination for ISO/IEC 17025 audits by Standards Malaysia
Handle and close NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) with effective corrective and preventive actions
Ensure full documentation control, traceability, and compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements
Train and guide staff on ISO/IEC 17025 procedures and quality system requirements
Coordinate internal audit activities and follow up on audit findings
Work closely with technical team to ensure accurate recording of calibration and leak testing data
Support calibration activities when required
Maintain proper filing, document control, and version management system
